The Totem Pole ships all our products from Canada.

At this time, The Totem Pole ships in North America only.  

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to your residence or indirect delivery is made and or Logistics company obtains authorized release via signature, indirect delivery, release number, and or release signature..
 

We ship through Canada Post.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • From January 1st to October 31st of each year:

    1. We accept returns for exchange or refund with a 10% restocking fee if the following conditions are met.

    2. Purchaser must contact us by EMAIL within 15 days of receiving the package for a return or exchange authorization number. Email us at simmsd@hotmail.com include order number.

    3. All product must be in new condition with tags in tact and sent in the box it came in with receipt enclosed.

    4. Footwear must not have signs of wear.

    5. Product must be mailed within 30 business days of receiving the return authorization number.

    6. Should your item be a gift purchase made between November 1st and December 20th, we have extended our policy to January 20th.

    7. Shipping costs to and from are not refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser. (In the event we have made an error with your order we will absorb ground shipping costs). We will not accept any COD returns.


     *** All sale / discounted items are exchange or store credit only. 

     **** All custom orders are non refundable. Custom orders are items that you request a change to that is not already a part of the existing product. Such as special leather or suede colors. Different sole, or bead designs.
